Keyboard shortcuts for toggling between sidebar elements

Hi, I just started using opera and I've been trying to set it up according to my preferences, so far it's been nice but I prefer to be able to toggle between the sidebar elements just how you can toggle between website elements by clicking Tab. In windows, you can focus on the taskbar by clicking win+T and then toggle between the taskbar elements, but in Opera, there is no way to focus on the sidebar so that I can toggle between the elements. I would prefer trying to toggle between the elements by focusing on the sidebar than actually moving my mouse to click on it. Is there an option to do so
