I wanted to send this German text:
"du glaubst also jemand der das Wort "groin area" kennt kennt nicht das Wort "groin"? weil du denkst dass die Person nicht in der geistigen Lage wäre das Wort area einfach sich wegzudenken und das Wort auch ohne dessen zu verstehen?
ich kann mir nicht vorstellen dass irgendjemand zum Bauch was unter "Abdomen, tummy, belly o. stomach" bekannt ist auch "groin" sagt. Und Hüfte? nee."

I made that talk, because I wanted to understand how important it is to say "area" and not just "groin".
