Lost speed dials, and settings, passwords data

I was just wondering if anyone can help me out I recently had a issue with my windows 11 update, it made all my browsers disorted and they either didn't load or not at all
When they did load it was only partially
Since the update
I had to re install windows 11 and I lost all my information with my Opera GX speed dials password and settings, and yes i took the option to save my files
I tried my flow like I did last time
Nothing happened and I know all the data I'm missing is there as I went to the synchronisation tab Opera its all there with a ( I) next to it so it's obvious not deleted
I just want to know how I can restore them or extract them
