Does Aria AI function in Russia? Since I couldn't access it without VPN

@muxal According to https://help.opera.com/en/browser-ai-faq/, Aria is not available in Russia.

@leocg i live in Kazakhstan, but for now, i travel in Russia. How can i use Aria AI? It doesn't work even with VPN
