Slows down online video

Good afternoon!
I switched to Opera because of the cool Lucid Mode feature!
But I noticed the following thing. When I watch online movies in quality of 1080 or higher, regardless of the site, online movie caching stops and video starts to slow down. Inernet is over a 100 Mbit cable, through my Archer AX1500.I forced increasing the cache in the browser, using the command:
--disk-cache-dir="C:!\OPERAсache" --disk-cache size=9073741824.
And the brakes went away, but... As soon as the cache fills up to 500 mb, the online movies start to hang again, because the caching stops. Thought it was a problem with the internet speed, but the speed is 92 Mbit/s to 98 Mbit/s. Moreover, if I delete the folder with forced cache and restart Opera, the caching comes to life and the movie does not freeze. I tried turning off antivirus, adding sites to exceptions list, other sites with online movies also start slowing down. Hardware acceleration is on, because without it Lucid mode is lagging.
I watch movies from:
-hdrezka.me
-hdrezka.ag
-gud.4-kfilm.cyouI have a question, if the problem is something else, why does forcing more cache take away the lag of movies? And without problems and brakes go 4k movies. And if they start lagging again, then clearing the cache helps.
