Is there any way to restore a session from the session files stored under AppData on my computer? And if so, how?

Hello,
After running into various problems with the other available browsers, I've decided to make the shift to Opera for part of my internet activities. Normally I run a very large number of tabs, and Opera has proven to be very resilient against crashing and data loss. However, after running substantially more tabs than I usually do for what I intended to be a short period of time, I accidentally clicked one of the functions on the left sidebar (possibly Workspace 1, Workspace 2, or ChatSonic).
The browser apparently really didn't like that, and proceeded to show an error message and crash. I was not worried at first†, as on the (rare) occasions the browser had crashed in the past it had always prompted me with a button to restore the same session. This time, however, I saw nothing‡. Looking through the Forum using Firefox (I didn't want to poke through Opera itself to find what I may be looking for, as that seemed to be too dangerous to the stored data.), I found out that the session data may apparently be stored in the AppData folder on the C: drive (see bottom, and FYI I did make copies as plain text files), and a quick look through the files with Notepad++ seems to confirm this.
The problem is, I'm not sure how to use this to get my previous session back, if indeed I can. Is there any way to restore a session from the session files stored under AppData on my computer? And if so, how?
†: This is not actually true, as a similar phenomena has happened in all browsers I've used in the (recent) past (with the partial exception of Firefox), all involving a single browser function being used with a momentarily massive tab load causing the browser to crash and the session to seemingly disappear into the aether, not showing up in the recently closed windows and (in some occasions) not even leaving a paper trail in History. Because of these events, I've effectively been forced to abandon usage of these browsers (including Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge) in the vain hope that not using them would allow any session data that may still remain to be theoretically brought back given the proper knowledge.
‡: Note: Unlike other browsers, Opera appears to lack a "restore recently closed window" function easily accessible from the user interface. I could be wrong about this and would be happy if I am, as it may be the case that my session may be there (though it is worth noting that it wasn't in the similar instances I had with other browsers). If you know there is such a function, please tell me so and inform me where it is.
