empty Window in Opera Flow (Desktop PC)

Messages can be sent from Desktop PC or laptops with Windows 10 but they can not be received. The blue dot next to the arrow symbol in the left sidebar from Opera comes up when a message was sent by a mobile device but if I click on the arrow symbol to read the message the upcoming window is without any content.
Writing from PC to Mobile is no problem and can be read also in the PC window.
Can anyone help? -
