I can't delete a .opdownload file

Hello, I have an issue, I just downloaded a .rar and my anti virus just blocked it when it was at 100% so the download was cancelled but the file it's still in my pc and i can't do nothing to it. I can't delete it and if I try to delete it says "0 elements detected (0 bytes)" and it never stops, the file is 5GB.
Does anyone know how to fix this? I have tried almost everything and I really need to delete that.
