General Aria Feedback Topic

Aria's ability to recall context is somewhat limited, which poses challenges during tasks such as drafting emails. When I am working on an email draft, I expect the AI to have a clear understanding of references related to the current topic or the specific document I am focusing on. However, I often find that Aria tends to digress from the main subject, providing suggestions or information that are unrelated to the draft at hand. This tendency to stray off-topic can be quite frustrating, as it detracts from the efficiency of the task I am trying to accomplish, especially if you have to remind it that "No, I never asked for HTML." Ever. (IYKYK)
When I attempt to redirect Aria back to the original context of the conversation, the process is inconsistent and often ineffective. I frequently find myself needing to manually reintroduce previous context by copying and pasting relevant text from earlier interactions. This workaround is not only inefficient but also disrupts the natural flow of conversation. It forces users to either restart chats entirely or engage in cumbersome manual editing of the AI's responses to steer the discussion back on track.
Despite Aria's limitations regarding context recall and the occasional off-topic suggestions, it does perform above the bar in my opinion in some areas. It excels in extracting information from webpages and providing contextual assistance that can be quite helpful, or providing information without needing to navigate away to another page. While the conversational abilities and content generation aren't as refined as some other AI tools, Aria still offers valuable functionality that can be comparable to pricey options from competitors. There are areas in need of improvement but Aria's strengths in certain tasks make it a useful tool in my workflow.

@DenverDS I find that is is helpful to keep a copy paste document handy with key points for Aria to remember. Using [CONTEXT] with the relevant information quickly refocuses the AI onto the task without having to fight to get it back on topic. Aria can generate context phrases for you to use as reminders but incorrect wording of the request can hit the System Error messages and simply give you the 'this is an Ai' type messages. Another way round is to give Aria a format to use or note key element types in [] before the data to help it clarify your exact preference or meaning.
I do find that the context memory for Aria is rather low so unless you prompt key points every so often it looses track as new information is added. There are several ways to make Aria note priority data but the Framework does not allow the Ai to store this anywhere other than context memory which is always at risk of being overwritten with new data.
