[Suggestion] Make adblocker invisible for pagee

I have been using opera for years and i think it is a complete browser in all aspects the only point that bothers is the adblocker, please make it
undetectable by sites, because what's the point of an adblocker if you are obliged to desactivate it to access webpages -

@kostadinova i would also love if we get an element picker, like you have on desktop in a good adblocker.
Sometimes would I just love to block annoying elements.
