[Duplicated]Passwords won't sync

I have the "sync everything" option selected and entered my password everything transfers but my passwords. I attempted the connect device with my android version to no prevail. I wanted to try to do it manually by exporting it from my old pc but my old drive broke and I only have access to it on my phone and this wonderful app wont allow export on mobile. So I tried it on my laptop and same issue. Anyone having a similar issue?
