Opera background is pink and Easy setup wont load

Today after I opened Opera my background is now pinkish instead of the usual white so normally I tried to just close it and open it again but it still persists, next I tried to go to the easy setup but it just disappears when I click on it. I've tried reinstalling but same thing still happens and I don't know what to do with it. (https://streamable.com/wck4d0) video proof
