Deleted folder in speed dial will appear again

At the moment I'm having three computers with Opera getting synchronized.
There's a folder in two of them respectively, which I don't need any longer. But everytime I delete them, they reappear the next time I open Opera after starting the computers again.
I've tried deleting them from speed dial directly as from the bookmark window as well. Even deleting trash afterwards doesn't help.
Is it something I do wrong on my side?
