Changing sidebar or theme in one device doesn't replicate in another

So I have Opera GX installed on 2 computers (both windows) and logged into the same account with "sync everything" enabled. However, when I change the sidebar, theme, or really anything on one device, it does not change on the other. Is there something I am missing? Thank you.

@rgrson Nope, such things are probably just not synced.
