Can I set Opera to sync my sticky notes?

I just did a clean install of Win 11 on my Surface Go3 and I'm trying to get as much as possible to replicate my desktop computer. All is going well except for the Stick Note extension. Am I missing something or can I not sync an extension?

@kristikay There is no sticky notes in Opera.
