First tab unclosable

First tab unclosable with middle mouse or the x button. Only can be closed with ctrl + w or right clicking the tab and manually finding close tab.

@leocg I'm also having this problem.
The first tab won't respond to middle clicks and have no close button. Happened suddenly like a week or two ago. Ctrl + W and right click and close tab close button works, though.

@rlygudprayer I don't seem to have such issue here. I'm on LVL4 (core: 99.0.4788.49) running on Windows 11.
