Hello. I am facing an issue that my speed dials are not syncing with my chromebook and android phone.

Actually, my Chromebook is fine but i accidentally removed all devices from my opera for android after that i cannot see my devices in my android phone to import speed dials from.

How to bring back the devices because even after reinstalling opera on Android this issue is still there.
