New window opens when searching in settings for the first time

When I go to opera://config and use the search option at the top right, after the first character of the search is entered a new empty Opera window pops up.

This doesn't happen again until opera is closed.

Steps:

• open Opera
• go to opera://config
• type one character in the top right search field
• a new Opera window appears
• any other search works fine with no issue

Same issue happens in Opera Beta

Seems to be fixed in the new Opera Beta 100.0.4815.2
