Add Force dark pages toggle to Sidebar for quick access

@leocg while this is true, some sites have their own contextual menu that overrides the browser one.
Miro Boards is a good example. No matter where you right-click on the window, you are only given the Miro-specific menu so you then need to go to the quick menu to disable/enable Force darks pages.
A toggle on the sidebar would make it to where all sites could be toggled with a single click of the mouse.

@leocg Mine may be an edge use case, but I find I toggle Force Dark Pages using the Easy Setup menu throughout my workday.
My workflows include Salesforce, Miro, Jira, developer forums, YouTube, Reddit, admin consoles, and more, and Force Dark Pages can do some wonky things depending on a given site, especially to images or diagrams.
A sidebar toggle would elimate clicks required to open the Easy Setup menu then scrolling, then clicking the toggle there. I'm not married to that idea, it was simply my first thought. A keyboard shortcut would be even better.

@paedrig Just look at it. Sidebar is a place for shortcuts to pages. It's more of a place for users to access some info while still on a main page.
Also, I don't see a reason for a force dark pages toggle to be there all the time. Force Dark Pages is something that you either keep turned on and disable for problematic pages or you live it turned off

@leocg Respectfully, I have to disagree. To me the Sidebar is a place for QoL things, already included are things like toggling between Workspaces, running GX apps, music players, etc.
I understand your point but I also think there's opportunity to expand the Sidebar functionality to make it unique to the needs or wants of the user, including bringing Settings options they use on a regular basis to the fore.
It's just a feature request, so shoot it down if that's what's best but I think dismissing it out of hand is a mistake
