Force Dark Mode in RMB context menu is missing

The option to only force specific pages to dark mode is missing from Opera One, only relying on the global force dark mode setting to work. Might be a bug for now, but please don't remove this feature as global dark mode does not play well with some sites.

@manicbomb I can see the option in right click menu here. is Force Dark Pages enabled in settings?
