Location of specific cookie in Opera GX

I am using the browser as indicated above.
I switched from Firefox Browser because it was getting annoying that it was updating every two days or so. And the update process involved 2 or 3 steps .
Also occasionally a firefox update would delete persistent cookies for important websites. For the Opera GX update process, I don't have to do anything. It happens silently in the background. So far Opera Gx updates have not deleted any important persistent cookies.
But I would like to have a backup of the Opera GX cookies for these important websites just in case.
Using CCleaner I located the Opera GX cookies :
C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera GX Stable\IndexedDB
But I don't see the website I am looking for here or in any other part of the CCleaner Opera cookie list.
I did find the website I am looking for mentioned in the Opera GX Internet Cache at :
C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\Opera Software\Opera GX Stable\Cache\Cache_Data\data_3
So at this location there is data_0 , data_1 , data_2 , and data_3 . The specific website is mentioned in these data files with WordPad, but they don't look like cookies. I have Opera GX synchronization ON, however cookies are not in the list of sync items. Also in Opera GX settings I have given permission for the specific website to use cookies. But I want to back up cookies for this specific website in case my computer bites the dust. With Firefox I would save the specific cookie for that website to cloud storage for safe keeping. So the question is : Can any one give me an idea of what I can back up to save the specific cookie for this important website, without backing up all of the entire Profile folder structure ?

@browsermangx Cookies are stored in the Cookies file in the profile directory.

Some sites may also store data in other places.

@browsermangx The location seems to have changed. Check under the network folder.
