Reinstall Synchronized Data

Last Night I closed out my Opera Gx Browser and this morning when I opened it up all my bookmarks and extensions were all gone. I logged in and tried using my passphrase to sync the data up again but it didn't accept them. My Synchronized data is still connected to my account but before I reset the passphrase I saw another forum that did the same thing and lost their data. What would be the best course of action to fix my browser losing it's data on my computer but not on my account?

@pcgamer2000 If you don't remember your passphrase, the only way to set up a new one is by resetting the current passphrase and that implies in your synced data to be removed from the servers.
And even if you could reset the passphrase without losing the synced data, it would be inaccessible because it was encrypted using the old passphrase. -
