i try to install it causes a debug notes file and does not install opera

basically I try to install Opera GX Setup.exe and when I run it nothing appears except a notes file called debug
it just disappeared from my pc one night since then i try to reinstall it

@leocg my pc dont support windows 10 it's good but it doesn't support the windows 10 operating system if i put it on it would make my computer slow so i use 7 can i do something to reinstall or now opera only works with windows 10?
