Opening OperaGX Installer doesn't do anything.

I had the browser installed a while ago, uninstalled due to space issues.
Now I need to reinstall it, but it simply does not work.
I do not know if me previously uninstalling somehow broke the setup, but I hope not.
I can double-click, try to open or launch as admin, nothing does anything.
The Installer opens itself in my processes, running with 2-3.000kb as a process, but nothing happens.
How do I solve this issue?
I am not using windows 11 and the internet seem to not have any solution.

@jostabeere That's it then, since version 96 Opera require at least Windows 10.

@leocg Oh. So is it possible to download an older version of OperaGX? Also I googled and the 95 thing is for the normal Opera, and I found no info on the GX one.
