I have an account and when I installed windows again I lost all my bookmarks

Hi!
I have an Opera GX account and I was logged in while doing my bookmarks, now I installed windows 10 (I was using 11) and my bookmarks are gone. It took me years to bookmark everything. I had work and school there. Also random stuff. I lost everything even tho I had it all Sycnronized!

If someone could help me recover it, otherwise I will be changing for chrome again because that would never happen if I was using it.
