[Suggestion]Allow moving the sidebar to a different place

I would like to suggest an option to move the sidebar from the left side of the browser to the right, or other areas if requested.

@foxonaleash for what reasons do you prefer it on the right side and do you think most people would like that as well

@gilly95 Personally having more options for things like this is generally not a bad thing. I prefer it on the right due to the fact I use my browser on my right monitor, and when I move my mouse over to the browser the sidebar pops up every time when I have it set to automatically hide.

@gilly95 Most web UIs have the navigation, or tools on the left side. I constantly have my mouse to that side to use them and then the sidebar appears and i have to wait for it to go away. TravingView for example.
