Browser is bugged and unusable, help

I've been having a lot of very unusual issues with the browser recently.
I use discord on this browser and recently I've been unable to send any messages as when I press enter on a message it just creates a new empty line in the message.
Another issue is that on YouTube I can't click to any points in the video or skip ahead at all, along with not being able to press enter to search up topics.
A third issue is in Google Docs that blinking typing indicator just stays at the beginning of the first page and I can't click anywhere else or type anything besides where the indicator already is. I also can't even highlight any text.
Besides that many buttons on various websites simply don't work, some websites not working at all, and seemingly randomly. This is problem I first had with chrome, so I switched to opera and after only a few weeks these problems developed again. Anyone have any idea what is going on?
