Is it possible that there is no way to have only one folder in sync?
How can we ask Opera to put us in a position to choose a folder in which, if anything, we go to insert those to be synchronized with all the devices?

the request I would like to make is precisely to have the possibility of creating a folder, even just one (leaving the others as they are) which can be updated automatically on each device
