Customize Sidebar by Allowing Addition of Other Sites

One feature that I noticed on browsers like Edge and Vivaldi is that they allow users to add sites on their sidebar. This is somehow not offered by Opera which limits their users only to pre-added sites that we can just disable/enable. This feature is one of the best personalization options which I hope Opera will offer on their succeeding updates.

@xiaoshin70 Enabling opera://flags/#sidebar-site-panel will allow to add (a few) sites to the sidebar.
