Can I use Bookmarks Extra to recover my bookmarks, if so how?

I would like to know if I can use the extra markers? As I managed to recover his version on 04/06/2023 with this, I thought I could recover my favorites that disappeared

The BookmarksExtras file just has IDs with base64-encoded image data representing speed dial thumbnails. It doesn't contain any bookmarks.
