Missing passwords after SSD fail

Hi, I stumbled into this problem yesterday trying to get my passwords back. I have the original file for where the passwords are that was in my previous C: drive, but I can't get it to transfer from the SSD to the current C: drive, which is where my Opera GX is inside.

Any help would be appreciated.
(P.S, I did try sync, but turns out It doesn't have all of the passwords inside I had in my SSD)

@wvikt Saved passwords are encrypted using your OS login credentials, so it can';t be used in a different OS installation or by a different user.

@leocg Alright, thanks. I think I have an idea to get my passwords back then…
