opera repeating file.

Opera keeps redirecting me to the same file repeatedly if I press "open in folder", as well as downloading a copy of that file. I do not know how to make of this since I am not very tech-savvy.

I have tried setting my browser to something that is not Opera and repeating the process, but the results just stay the same.

I also do not know if this is the correct form to publish on, so if anyone could point me to the correct page where to find help, I would greatly appreciate it.
