Opera periodically clears cookies, site settings, etc

Hello, why every now and then after restarting my computer all my cookies and consents are deleted, it also logs me out of my opera account and I have to do everything all over again? page settings, logged sessions, etc.
it doesn't happen on every reboot, just every now and then what's the issue? it becomes annoying -
