@leocg debatable, but I can see where you're coming from. Still, I've never seen anybody with a dev label in the forum, so I have no indication if something posted here was indeed raised to the dev team, so I'd rather post in both places
But sure, I usually search for it here first. Right now I'm just paralleling my older posts to match new issues and older issues to new posts

@darthgtb I'm not corroborating with it, I don't think that bug tracking system should be opened.
Opera not replying to suggestions and feature requests doesn't mean that their tracking system should be public. One thing has nothing to do with the other.
By the way, the current system seems to be already opened for the reporter.

@leocg that's not what I meant. What I meant is that since we can't check the tickets, the only way to be sure it was opened is by opening one, even if duplicate. If it's duplicate, I'm happy to see a dev telling me that in the ticket more than on the forum, exactly because this is a forum and L1 support is, from what I've seen, done by volunteers like yourself and not Opera employees
All I'm saying is, keep the discussion in the forum, but if there is a suggestion or bug report beyond the mere discussion, also post in the issue tracker.
Another reason for me to post the link here to the issue tracker is just so other users searching for it in the forum know for sure there is an issue opened with the dev team already, so they don't open a duplicate one

If the Opera product team cared about feedback from some of the most experienced and demanding browser users on the planet, they would follow and log the discussions on this forum. There is no point in you doing their job by submitting tickets. Open-source reports are readily available here.
Choosing to disregard such a valuable source of information could be Opera's downfall.
