VPN Pro don`t works

I've had VPN Pro since December, but can't get it to work. I've installed VPN Pro, but when I start it, it says in the VPN message window that I need to install the VPN, so I do, but it just says and spins for a little while and it goes back to me having to install. I've tried uninstalling but got an error message while uninstalling. See the clipping of the error message, to me, it seems that the program cannot find the one it is supposed to find. I hope this was probably explanatory, I thought this was a shame since I also paid for this.
