Netflix Window not Closing

I was watching Netflix in a different window and closed it out. Later on, when tabbing through windows I noticed this:
This window disappears when I close Opera but reappears when I open it. I then tried to disable the setting to "Retain tabs from previous session" under "On Startup" without any luck.
