Opera GX installer closing itself

I downloaded the Opera GX installer a couple weeks ago, and every time I opened it it would run fine for 5~10 seconds and then close itself for seemingly no reason. I downloaded it again today and I'm still having this issue. Is there any way to fix this?

@redfoxlol Online installer or the offline one? If it's the online, try with the offline installer and see if it makes nay difference.

@leocg I've tried every package that would be compatible for my computer (Windows package, 64-bit offline, 32-bit offline and the 'prefer to install later' link under those). The windows, 64-bit and 32-bit would open, but they had the same problem (they all closed themselves after 5~10 seconds of running). I couldn't open the 'prefer to install later' link because I don't have anything on my computer that is able to open .dmg files.

I am having the same issue described in this thread (installer closes itself after a few seconds for no given reason no matter the type of installer). Does anyone have a solution?
