[Request] Enable gesture on Android 12 and up

Hello everyone

I have an Android phone (Xperia XZ1) with a custom AOSP 12.1 and 13.0 installed, but i couldn't swipe left nor right to switch between tabs, not like my other phone (Xperia XZ2) running an official Android 10.0

None of these features worked with Opera
