[Rquest]Enable tab bar top spacing when window is maximized

i need Popup Tab for Streaming to watch ingame Chat and it takes so much space!
i dont need all above the word Chat! thats how it looks now!
on Chrome i can set it by right click the window and click on windowless frame and not only if i put it on by pressing F11 Mode!
im realy pissed rigjht! now i have to go back to Chrome but i liked Opera GX till now

@liquidwalker The setting you mentioned has nothing to do with it.
