      Hello.
I have this strange issue that almost made me quit Opera.
Since the start of February, I have issues with the autofill. Since I am working with a lot of website at job and all of them have a short-life session, I need to log-in into all of them for several times a day. Since we have long and different secured passwords across the network it is a very tedious process to login every 30 minutes everywhere.

The issue is that in incognito mode the autofill works as perfect as always, but in the normal state of the browser it has issues. When I am getting to let's say : mydomain.com/login I can see the key in the search bar with the accounts there, but even if I click them nothing happens.

I tried to delete all the cache of the browser, all the data, I uninstalled all extension, I updated the browser every patch because I saw in the forum that all of this were proper solution for some of you guys.

Do you have any other ideas that I might try to fix my issue?
      Thanks and appreciate it!

Goto the URL opera://settings/passwords, click the 3 dots to the right of "saved passwords", and export your passwords to a CSV file.

Then, create a test standalone installation, goto opera://flags/#password-import, enable the import flag, restart that Opera, goto opera://settings/passwords in that Opera, click the 3 dots to the right of "saved passwords", and import the CSV file and verify that they imported correctly.

Then, as a test, see how autofilling of passwords works in that test Opera. If it still doesn't work, I can think of 2 things. One is to install https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/autocomplete-control/obadmbiiipafnncogfkdfionggeckfia and set to to force autocomplete for pages so that Opera ignores autocomplete=off on login forms that use it. The other would be to click the badge at the left of the address field when on the login form page for a site, goto Site Settings, and set "Insecure content" to "allow".

After the testing, that might give you some ideas of things to try in your regular Opera.

Hello and thanks for the effort put in your response!
I want to tell you that the first suggestions didn't work as well. I tried reinstalling the browser as well but the same issue persisted. What I tried next was to install the extension. The name wasn't the most "friendly" one but since Windows Defender Center also confirmed that it is fine I think I can trust you and the extension.

It worked after I changed it to reinforce but resetting it back to default behavior kept the error as well. Therefore I will keep using the reinforced option checked.

          Thanks a lot!

It's possible that there could be a conflict with one of your browser extensions or with the browser settings. Here are a few steps you can try:

Disable browser extensions: Try disabling all browser extensions and see if the autofill works properly. If it does, then re-enable each extension one by one to identify which one is causing the issue.

Check browser settings: Go to the Settings menu and ensure that the "Autofill" feature is enabled. You may also want to check the "Privacy and security" section to make sure that there are no settings that could be interfering with autofill.

Clear browser data: Clear all of your browsing data, including cookies and cached images and files. Sometimes corrupted data can cause issues with the browser's functionality.

Reset browser settings: If none of the above steps work, you may want to try resetting your browser settings to their default values. This will delete all of your browser settings and history, but it can sometimes resolve issues like this. To reset your browser, go to Settings > Advanced > Reset settings.

If none of these steps work, you may want to contact Opera support for further assistance.

              Hello Anawilliam .
I already tried this. I disabled everything, reseted everything and deleted all the cache since forever.
