Captchas don't show up when using VPN

Such as on reddit.com to sign up for a new account, the captcha simply isn't there. It's blank, and I can't make an account. I tried reinstalling opera and making a fresh profile. What can I do to fix this?

Google uses Captchas to identify and prevent computer programs from performing automated requests. Many other websites use them to prevent hacks and other security issues. The idea is to increase security without blocking regular users from browsing.

Anyone able to help? Still not working, no captcha to fill out so I can't make an account.
