Opera GX continuously opens and closes

The link above is a screen record of my Opera GX opening and closing when I click on the application, I've been having this problem for months and I fixed it at one point on my Surface Tablet. All I did was turn on safe mode, restart it and turn safe mode off and Opera GX started working fine?? But when I try to do it on my other devices it didn't work on either, the solution didn't work didn't work.

Once I install Opera GX, I sign into my account and open a new tab. But as soon as I open up a new tab Opera GX opens and closes about 4 times then stays closed????

I've tried the basics, reinstalling, asking in the Opera GX Official Discord server (they just made jokes about it and made fun of me) and emailing Opera Support.. But either nobody replied or what people told me to do, failed to fix it.

I want this to be solved asap as nobody seems to help me with the problem or knows the answer to why this is happening. If you would like to get in touch faster add my Discord since I reply faster on there.
