I had to reinstall operagx because I have that problem in which the browser doesn't have sound and now my splash screen doesn't stop appearing

I have the same issue. Splash screen is shown on every start regardless of the setting.

Deleting the "Local State" file in "AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera GX Stable" fixed the issue.
