Custom Side Panels Doesn't Open Outlook.com

Hello.
I'm trying to back again to Opera after migrate to Vivaldi because the UI in Vivaldi is a big lagged compared with Opera or Edge.I use my web mail from Outlook.com in the side bar panel... and I found that that is an experimental feature in Opera and I enabled it.
My issue is that the https://outlook.live.com doesn't open anything in the side panel... it doesn't show the login page for exemple.
I worked a bit and reached the conclusion that if I open first in a normal tab and login in Outlook after that I open the side panel it will load fine my emailBut I wanted to see how make it works without that workaround to open first at the normal tab... just like it works with Whatsapp.
I'm guessing the custom side panels doesn't allow redirections and so when it try to redirect to login it doesn't open... after you login in a normal tab the session is in the cookies and it will open.
Anybody has similar issue? Or have a way to deal with that?
Another side question... how can I change the order of items in the sidebar?
PS. I don't want to report a bug or something like because it is an expirimental feature... so I want to see if you guys in community has any ideia of what it is happening.

Yes, you got everything right. Custom site panels are strict. They stick to the same domain that's in the URL you added. And, for links that point to a different domain, clicking them will open up the link in a tab instead of in the panel. And, your workaround for settings cookies is expected because of that.
This is a known issue, but Opera has not said whether they want to fix (relax the restriction) it or not. Custom Site Panels is an experimental feature with low priority.

@burnout426 thanks... I thought so.
Well the best should be an already setup option like ot has to Whatsapp, Telegram, etc... that way it should work without need workarounds but I think they will not do that.I tried extensions but these only works in icon on title bar and I wanted something on sidepanel.
And I wanted to put the things I use together in the sidebar but seems impossible right now the Whatsapp is in the top part and the Outlook in the botton lol
