Opera Sync showing closed tabs as "open Tabs"

I use Opera (GX) on my Desktop, Mobile (normal vers) and convertible Laptop.
On Desktop and Mobile the open tab function works fine.
My laptop however Convertible is shown around 10x under the same name.
It's like Opera is treating it as a new device anytime I start it up again.

So is there a way to solve this since having to look through month old tabs is rather annoying.
Can I just "remove" devices from the sync?

@aldoraz It's a known issue and it's interesting that your other installations/devices are not being affected.
