How to make opera gx ask for which file directory to download?

Previously, opera asked where to save the files i download. But now it dosent ask and downloads the file in the default "Downloads" folder.

@pugothing search for download in settings page.

In the same place where you set up your download directory, you can check an option to always ask where to save the downloads.
