Bookmark folders are not remaining opened or in the last state before closing any version of opers

All operas from v49.0.2725.64 to the latest, and none of them saves the bookmarked folder's state
say, i import from chrome all of my bookmarks with dozens of folder which have subfolders and leave them opened, but when I exit any of the mentioned versions of opera, their states are not saved, the folders are all closed, incredibly annoying and that's the only downside for which I still cannot use opera browser
please resolve this annoying issue so i can use it already...
