How to add a logo to the bookmark in the speed dial ?

I thought it's impossible to do so, because I couldn't find such a setting nowhere.
But one day I click something accidently and the logo appeared on my gmail bookmark.
There's no longer the name of the page or url address on the icon, like on all other bookmarks added (for example as you can see on the left with google drive).
I would like to have such a view like with gmail now on other websites, how can I do that ? -
