WINDOWS 11 about half of my Opera browser icons on my bookmark bar are missing the pictures of the icons, how to fix?

After installing Windows 11 Pro. I upgraded my PC to z 590 Tuf Gaming and bought new memory 5733 Mhz, water cooled processor. I installed Opera cuz I like its features. About two weeks ago after the last patch I began seeing some of my bookmark bar Icon pictures missing. When I hover over them the link to the program is still there. No icon. I tried pulling the pictures from my Icon folder, but no avail. plz help.

Goto the URL opera://settings/clearBrowserData and clear cached images and files for all time. Then, visit each of those bookmark pages.

If that doesn't help, goto the URL opera://bookmarks, delete the bad bookmarks, empty the bookmarks trash, and add those bookmarks back in. Especially do this if the problem bookmarks were actually promoted speed dials that were moved to the bookmarks bar.
