I can't use my VPN

i have the subscription, i can perfectly use the vpn on my phone. However I cant use the vpn for my pc and I dont understand why. Using it from the US

I have the same issue. My phone (apple) the VPN is turned on but my PC (windows 10) cant. I gone ahead an uninstalled and reinstalled. Same issue. Any resolution to this?
